identifyasa50.net is operated by The 5_0 Collective LLC (“we”, “us”). The site presents information about the Identify As A 5.0 pickleball content channel and links to our videos on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.

The site is provided for general informational purposes. You may view and share its content. You may not copy, republish or redistribute our video content, images or written material for commercial purposes without our written permission.

3. Reviews and material connections

We review pickleball paddles and related equipment. Manufacturers frequently supply products to us free of charge in exchange for a review, and some reviews include affiliate codes that earn us a commission on sales.

We disclose every material connection. Gifted products and affiliate codes are stated in plain language at the opening of every video caption — never buried in hashtags — and the platform’s paid-partnership disclosure is enabled in addition. Our opinions are our own; a product being supplied to us does not guarantee a favourable review.

4. No warranty

Reviews reflect our own testing and opinion. Equipment performance varies by player, technique and conditions. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the information on this site, and nothing here is a guarantee of a product’s suitability for you.

Our videos are hosted on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours. Purchases made through an affiliate code are handled entirely by the retailer; we are not a party to that transaction and never receive your payment details.
